We will also immerse ourselves in a blissful sound bath using crystal singing bowls and the Chiron gong to support your journey into total rest.

What We'll Be Doing:

Arrive at 1:45 PM ready to settle in to our sanctuary of calm at 2:00 PM. Over the next three hours, Caroline will guide you through a series of mindfulness practices, meditation sessions, gentle mindful movements (not yoga), and sound healing, all designed to help you cultivate presence, inner peace, and deep relaxation. Weather permitting, we may take a short mindful walk in the nearby woods or around the duck pond. We'll draw the afternoon to a close with tea/coffee and homemade cake.
