Join me for a relaxing Gong Sound Bath to dissolve stress and tension. Try a new way of recharging your batteries!

It's like meditation without the effort. The sound waves very quickly drop your brain waves into a meditative state, promoting relaxation and natural healing. Sound can help to clear energetic blockages and facilitate healing on a deeper mental and emotional level. Some of the benefits of sound therapy that I've experienced include reduced anxiety, increased positivity and a calmer state of mind.

We'll begin our session with the crystal chakra bowls and a short meditation to ground and relax you before going on a magical sound journey into tranquillity. Notes from the planetary gong, Chiron, will give your cells a sonic massage to help you release what no longer serves you. Float off on a cloud of sound or remain present and witness each note, the celestial tones will gently move through you and help to restore balance. You will be gifted the beautiful energy of Reiki throughout!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a comfy mat or garden recliner (as long as your head is supported in case you fall asleep!), sleeping bag/blanket, pillow and water, and maybe an eye mask. You might also want to bring warm socks if your feet get cold!

Please arrive no later than 10 mins before the session is due to start to allow yourself time to get settled. Entrance is not allowed after the advertised start time as we will already have begun the Gong journey.

Preston Village Hall provides the peaceful venue for our afternoon sessions. There is plenty of space to spread out in the hall and free parking right outside.

**Gong baths are contraindicated in people with epilepsy, pacemakers and severe psychological disorders. They are also not recommended during pregnancy. Any hearing aids should be removed.
